Here is a great appetizer that is a little bit good for you a little bit not. The best part is swap out toppings for your favorite veggies!

Ingredients

2 tubes crescent dinner rolls

2 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

1 envelope HVR dressing mix

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 cups chopped fresh vegetables

(green pepper, carrot, broccoli, cauliflower,

radish, green onion, etc.- use your favorites)

1. Preheat oven to 375°F

2. Press rolls (unrolled, flat, make to fit) onto non-stick cookie sheet.

2. Bake for about 10-11 min., until barely brown. Let cool.

3. Mix cream cheese, mayo, and Ranch dressing mix together.

4. Once crust has cooled, spread over crust

5. Chop up all your veggies. and spread over the cheese layer and

press down firmly. Top with cheddar cheese, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

You can use half recipe for a round pizza pan. Also, to cut calories, you can definitely use less of the cheese mixture.

Approx. 16 servings
