Great alternative for butter soaked, crock pot wings. These wings come out super crisp and light and perfect healthy version of wings! I'm definitely going to continue the air fryer method and do a few different varieties over the next few months and share what I love.
I used my extra large air fryer and made in two batches. It may be more if you don't have a large air fryer or you can cut the recipe down. Here is link to the air fryer I have and love.

INGREDIENTS
2-2.5 lbs wings/drummies
1 cup parmesan cheese
4 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp parsley chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions:
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Tip: spray your insert with cooking spray before putting in chicken. It'll make cleanup much easier!
Mix 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, salt & pepper together in a bowl.

Pat down your chicken pieces with a paper towel and then toss them in the bowl and mix until coated (I did this in two batches so i could coat chicken well enough).
Place chicken in your air fryer basket and set time for 14 minutes. Flip them over and again for another 12 minutes. You can open to check to make sure they aren't burning. You want them brown and crispy, but not burnt.

Remove from the basket and then sprinkle with your remaining 1/4 cup parmesan cheese and a little extra parsley for color. Repeat, until you are finished with all your wings.

You can serve with ranch dressing or buffalo sauce and side of carrots & celery.
Quick & easy buffalo dipping sauce:
1/4 cup mayo
2-3 Tbsp hot sauce (I use Frank's Buffalo)
1 tsp honey
