This is a surprisingly fast dish to whip up and full of flavor. Serve the steak bites with potatoes, rice or veggies to complete the meal.

INGREDIENTS

1-1.25 lbs sirloin steak cut into cubes

1 Tbsp olive oil

2 Tbsp butter

2-3 tsp of minced garlic

salt & pepper

1 Tbsp parsley for garnish

Directions:

Heat olive oil over high heat in a large pan (cast iron works best if you have it). While pan is getting hot, season the cubes of sirloin steak well with salt & pepper.

Place steak in pan in a single layer. (If you have a smaller pan you can work in batches)

Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown or cooked to your liking.

Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the pan, stirring until melted. Then add in garlic stirring until aromatic and toss to coat steak bites. Remove from heat and stir. Sprinkle with parsley to garnish (optional).

**You can use tenderloin, rib eye or strip steak in place of sirloin if you have those on hand.

We serve our steak bites with roasted veggies:

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Toss your veggies with olive oil and season. Place on pan and cook for 25-30 minutes, tossing half way through cooking. We season our broccoli with Everything but the Bagel seasoning and our sweet potato with chili powder and S&P.

enjoy!
