Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken

Easy, delicious versatile dish! You can add your buffalo chicken to:

- Sweet Potato or Russet Potato

- Hoagie Roll

- Tacos

- Salad


INGREDIENTS:

3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 (12 ounce) bottle Frank’s Buffalo Sauce (make sure you DON’T get “Hot Buffalo”.

1 package Hidden Valley Dry Ranch Mix


Directions:

Put the chicken and the buffalo sauce in the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-5 hours.


Remove the chicken from the crock pot and shred it, using two forks. Tip: You can also use your KitchenAid mixer to shred the chicken nice & fine!


Add the shredded chicken back into the crockpot and add the ranch mix. Stir it until well-mixed. Serve your way!


Sweet Potato Buffalo Chicken (below)

Bake sweet potato in oven for 45min-1hr at 450 degrees until done. Top potato with buffalo chicken, pickled jalapeños, & shredded cheese. Additional optional toppings: green onion, blue cheese, ranch dressing, bacon.
