This recipe is super simple, contains minimal ingredients and in just a few minutes you have yourself a little taste of McD's in a bowl. We definitely try to stay away from the drive-thru window as much as possible, but there is definitely something about the taste of a Big Mac that makes the temptation difficult in your weakest moments.
That's when you whip out this "burger in a bowl" recipe to satisfy the cravings. It is gluten free & keto-friendly. While I'm carb-cycling, this recipe hits the spot on my low carb days and totally "guilt-free".

INGREDIENTS:
Salad
1lb ground beef
salt & pepper
8-10oz of Romaine or Iceberg lettuce chopped
1 cup tomatoes chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup pickles (diced)
1/2 cup white onions (optional)
Dressing:
1 cup Mayo
¼ cup Sweet Pickle Relish or Diced Pickles
1 ½ tablespoons yellow mustard
1 teaspoon White Wine Vinegar
½ teaspoon Paprika
¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
¼ teaspoon Onion Powder
Directions:
Cook ground beef in skillet over medium high heat. Season with salt & pepper. Cook until beef is browned. Set aside.

Prepare your dressing by placing all ingredients together in a bowl and whisk to combine. (If you want it smoother/more whipped place in blender).

Now combine your lettuce, tomato, pickles, beef, onions (optional) & cheese in a bowl and drizzle with your prepared salad dressing. Close your eyes and take in the Big Mac flavor!

enjoy!
