BLT+A Wraps

Get the taste of an amazing BLT sandwich with less guilt! These wraps will satisfy your taste buds and sure to be a repeat on your dinner table. Great choice for low carb day!


INGREDIENTS (2 servings):
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1roma tomato
- 1 diced avocado (1/2 if you aren't as big of an Avo fan as this gal!)
- 4 pieces bacon
- romaine, bibb or iceburg lettuce
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- ranch dressing
-1/2 lime
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
DIRECTIONS:
1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides and grill them up on the stovetop.
2. Meanwhile cook your bacon ( we bake ours in the oven on 425° for 15-20min depending on your crispiness love).
3. When the chicken is cooked, cut it into bite sized pieces and mix the cilantro in.

4. Rinse the lettuce and remove each leaf to create a boat/cup to put your goodness in.

Set all your ingredients out and squeeze half of a lime over it all. Build your lettuce wrap and enjoy!
